WIMAX PROJECT MANAGER (WPM)
Responsibilities: Planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and controlling all wimax projects, to ensure projects are completed and as scheduled (cost, quality and delivery)
WIMAX MARKETING SUPPORT MANAGER (WMSM)
Responsibilities: Conduct market research, develop business plan and marketing strategy include: set up competitive price, brand development, annual marketing plan activities & create wimax promotion tools
WIMAX ACCOUNT MANAGER (WAM)
Responsibilities: Make sales forecast and define sales target, cooperate with marketing support to implement all marketing strategies, maintain relation with existing & future customers and manage account officer team
WIMAX ACCOUNT OFFICER (WAO)
Responsibilities: Achieve sales target, acquite new customer and maximize potentiality of the existing customers
WIMAX IP NETWORK TECHNICAL SUPPORT (WIP)
Responsibilities: Configuring and Performing Test All Networks Elements (BS/Node Manager/NMS/CPE) related to IP Networking and IP Design. Local support to Customer/Field Maintenance/Subcontractor for field activities (customer acceptance tests, trials, pilot projects)
WIMAX RAN NETWORK TECHNICAL SUPPORT (WRAN)
Responsibilities: Performing RF Network Design Support (Link Budget, RF Plan, Site Survey), Performing RF Network Implementation and Optimization Support (Radio Parameters and setting)
General Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Electronic or Information Technology Min GPA 2.75
* Min 2 years experiences in managerial level for IT/Telecommunication Product (WPM,WMSM,WAM)
* Min 1 year experience in relevant field (WAO,WIP,WRAN)
* Any Cisco certification (CCNA or CCNP) would be an advantage (WIP,WRAN)
* Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
* Willing to travel
