Qualifications:
* S1 Degree in Accounting (1)
* S1 Degree in Mechanic & Electrical background (2,3,4,5,6,7,8)
* Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position (1,2)
* Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position (2,3,4,5,6,7,8)
* Have good knowledge in environmental Health and Safety Management ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 or SMK3, having knowledge of Health & Safety regulations (8)
* Strong interpersonal skills, mature, result and process oriented
* Excellent communication skills, high motivation and bale to work under pressure
* Willing to work on shift schedule
* Good in oral & written in English

Responsibilities :
* Establishing a culture of continuous improvement and creating conducive operating conditions towards the attainment of World-class standard;
* Analyze & improvement with particular focus on automation projects, waste elimination and spare parts cost reduction, define project team members;
* Facilitate project execution;
* Monitor and review the result;
* Define significant process and product characteristics in manufacturing.

* Guide production team to develop & carry out process capability improvement plans;

Personal Qualification :

INTEGRATED SUPPLY PLANNER (1 positions) • Lighting • Surabaya
Responsibilities :
* Developing and managing monthly & weekly supply planning with refer to medium term planning (MTP) to ensure the most efficient supply and meet customer expectation;
* Establish collaborative monthly & weekly supply planning with production and export-import dept, close monitor delivery plan and shipment status to ensure the dispatch to customer site according to agreed OBLT and to have the pre-alert for all the discrepancies.
Personal Qualification :
* Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering with strong commercial & industrial background
* 2 years experiences in Supply Planning of Manufacturing
* Good Knowledge in Supply Chain Management
* Good computer literate & familiar with SAP and fluent in English;
* Good communicator
* Good interpersonal skills / able to influence others
* Dynamic and mature personality
MAINTENANCE & EQUIPMENT ENGINEER (1 positions) • Lighting • Surabaya
Responsibilities :
* Establishing a culture of continuous improvement and creating conducive operating conditions towards the attainment of World-class standard;
* Preparing all production equipment of Glass or Lamp
* Reducting production time loss due to equipment malfunction
* Improvement of machine capability in order to achieve machie efficiency
Personal Qualification :
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical (preffered) or Electrical engineering
* at least 2 years of experience in similar job function
* possessing mechanical designs skill
* ability in engineering improvement tolls is preferable (RCM, FMEA, TPM & Quality tolls)
